I am a mindfulness practitioner and author with a love of poetry and all things creative. I have previously worked as a primary school teacher (specialising in literacy and PSHE), and now enjoy finding creative and fun ways to help others discover the benefits of mindfulness.
Mindfulness helped me a lot during a difficult time in my life and continues to be an enriching and nourishing practice for me. You can read more about this here.
My first book, Here and Now, is out now published by HarperCollins. The book presents many of the mindfulness activities that I find really helpful. Writing it was a labour of love and I hope that it might help others on their journey to being calmer, happier and healthier.
If you browse my blog you will see that my mind wanders in many directions – from tea to ancient zen philosophy! I am interested in all things creative, I like making and writing, I meditate and I love to be outside.
